Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction and offer the following refund terms:

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel before development starts, you receive a 100% refund of any payments made, minus payment processor fees (typically 5–8%).

2. During Development

Refunds are pro-rated based on work completed:

Less than 25%

75% of unused portion

25–50% complete

50% of unused portion

50–75% complete

25% of unused portion

Over 75% complete

No refund; delivery of work-in-progress

3. Post-Delivery

After final delivery, payments are non-refundable. However, all included support periods (30/60/90 days) remain valid for bug fixes and adjustments.

4. Exceptions

Full refunds may be issued at our discretion if:

  • We fail to meet agreed deliverables
  • Project is cancelled by us
  • Technical impossibility is discovered

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds processed within 7 business days through Lemon Squeezy.

6. How to Request

Email hello@toartemii.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Project name
  • Reason for request
  • Date of original payment
